Molecules, Man?!

Who are you?
and Who am I?

How did we get here?
and Where do we come from?

What are we made of?
Are we all just a bunch of protons, neutrons and electrons?

Is everything around us just an abundance of elements reacting with one another?

Is life just reaction?

How do we know we are real?

Is this all just a dream?
How do you know?

I always think of the carbon or water cycles. Just the same atoms spinning around over and over. Someone finds a mammoth frozen in a glacier, melt down some ice, drink water that was last liquid 11,000 years ago and now recycle it again in a living thing. Maybe carve off a chunk of frozen meat, consume it, take those molecules last last formed flesh in this beast and let them now become part of your energy and karma. No wonder ancient peoples took such strength through the ceremony of hunting for food. Leaving their impressions and thoughts in cave drawings and petroglyphs. All the same carbon, oxygen and hydrogen atoms as we use today.
